Commercial Applications: Re-commissioning of motors, electrical and mechanical . Whenever a new motor is installed or replaced more than likely it is bolted in place, wired up and started. If it is operational everyone walks away. However no one took the time to measure voltage, RPMs, shaft alignment or vibration. The motor may work fine for a few months or years. Why not assure the device is operating properly and document start up data. This data then can be compared to the operation of the motor one year later. These verifications confirm these energy saving measures were installed correctly. Many of the utility incentive programs require BPI & PTCS third party verification to qualify for their incentive programs. Our BPI & PTCS analyst has been trained and certified to perform third party energy efficiency verification inspections. We are independent and non-biased company.
