We review your existing energy usage & provide recommendations.
This may consist of Energy Auditing, Energy Management & Preventive Maintenance Services.

After being commissioned, building performance generally declines after two to five years. Recommissioning is a service that can be used to return a building to its peak performance.

Continuous commissioning maintains long-term savings through the ongoing monitoring of energy savings with follow-up commissioning, as needed. The results include improved system reliability and building comfort through optimization of system operation and control schedules based on actual building conditions.

CZ's energy management program is designed around our predictive maintenance services. Un-like other companies that specialize in just energy management that have not taken the time or resources’ to reduce your energy cost first, often will cost you more money in the long run.
The first step in our energy management program is to identify the problem Figure out what will or will not work effectively. Every structure is different in many ways.
CZ Energy Management will streamline your efficiency to its fullest potential when conducted properly. Reducing your energy consumption, carbon footprints and creating a comfortable climate zone for years to come.

For an CZ Level 1 audit on a facility sized around 100,000 sq ft, an energy audit will probably take up to one day to complete a walkthrough, and less than month to calculate savings and prepare a report.

For a more in-depth CZ Level 2 audit on a facility sized around 100,000 sq ft, an energy audit will probably take two days to complete a walkthrough, and a month to calculate savings and prepare a report.

For the most in-depth audit possible, the investment-grade audit, on a facility sized around 100,000 sq ft or more, an energy audit will generally involve a three to six day walkthrough, and anywhere from one to two months to complete a report.

If you have a smaller or larger facility, an industrial facility, or if you have a facility with an unusually high number of energy-consuming devices, the time required to complete an audit can vary greatly.  In order for us to provide you with an accurate time estimate, please feel free to contact us so we can get to know your facility a little bit better. 503.884.4866
